Christi Byerly, MCC - founder and CEO
An experienced coach, trainer, and community builder, Christi is known for her ability to create safe, brave space for courageous transformations. Her work is for people seeking a meaningful career as a coach, and for leaders seeking to create belonging and bravery on their teams. As a facilitator, she co-creates communities of grace where participants are fully awake, alive, and authentic. Christi holds the International Coaching Federation's (ICF) Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential.
She brings a rare mix of depth, bravery, kindness, and warmth to all her engagements, making her a cherished guide in the coaching community and an advocate for more compassionate leadership. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes awakening to human potential through wholehearted community support and connection.
As founder, CEO, and Director of Coaching Education at Awaken Coach Institute, Christi has helped shape the journeys of hundreds of coaches and clients, equipping them with tools to dive into deeper, more authentic interactions.
Christi invites participants in Awaken programs to build a world where self-compassion and empathy are the norm. She selects teaching faculty with a depth of presence, solid connection to values, and alignment between spirituality and action. Awaken Coach Institute is a community dedicated to fostering courage, compassion, and transformative listening skills.
Christi holds a Master NLP certificate, as well as certifications in spiritual direction, group coaching, depth coaching, Enneagram work, and mentor coaching. She is a Certified Daring Greatly™ Facilitator.
Married to Ben, she is the mom of three young adults and lives in Alsace on the French, Swiss, and German borders.
