This is an open style workshop where you can bring your questions about websites, search engine optimisation (SEO), social media, software and coaching tools to help you set up and run the online side of your coaching practice more efficiently and effectively.

About Your Host
Lauren is known for always being busy learning new skills, creating something, or diving into tech to make things work better. With over 20 years of experience in the print and digital marketing space, she has continuously evolved her expertise, including studying to become a counselor and a business coach.
Starting her career as a DTP operator, Lauren quickly transitioned into website design, teaching herself to code websites from scratch. As technology evolved, so did her skills, earning certifications in SEO, Google, and Digital Marketing. She has worked at several South African divisions of international agencies, including as the brand custodian for Visa's digital presence and leading the digital studio for BBDO. In 2020, she and a friend merged their businesses to form Rebelle Creative, where, as Technical Director, she applied these methodologies for numerous clients and taught them to her team. Beyond her technical expertise, Lauren is passionate about supporting fellow Neurospicy individuals, particularly those who were diagnosed later in life. She is dedicated to helping them overcome personal and business struggles. Her ultimate dream is to create a safe, creative space where Neurospicy people can gather, craft, and be themselves, free from expectations.
