While we will explore actual ORSC tools in this session, you may also wish to bring case studies and questions for discussion. Yael's aim is to facilitate the session according to the energy of the 'system' in the room in that moment in time. Because this is real team coaching live. We work with the energy in the room and what is needed by the 'system' in the 'here and now'. Also for this reason, please ensure that you are in a space where you can have your camera on and engage fully in the conversation.
