Join us for this 90-minute interactive online session, designed for both new and experienced coaches, where we’ll explore the intersection of mental health and coaching. Through breakout discussions, case studies, and collective sharing, this session will offer practical insights on how to recognize mental health challenges, determine when and how to offer a referral, and most importantly, look after our own mental well-being as coaches.
This is a safe and supportive space to learn, reflect, and grow—because we all have mental health, and it’s time we talked about it.

About Your Host
Solène Anglaret is a consultant, coach, and creative whose mission is to create a world where everyone belongs. Her expertise spans mental health, neurodiversity, inclusion, leadership, and innovation. With lived experience of ADHD and BPD, Solène is a passionate mental health advocate, working to destigmatize these challenges through coaching, speaking, and content creation.
Over the past 15 years, she has lived and worked in seven countries (France, Norway, the US, the UK, China, Australia, and the UAE) and travelled to 70. She has held strategic and leadership roles in organisationssuch as Thomas cook, Expedia Group, Harri, and Innovate UK. She started her entrepreneurial journey in 2018 with Be Beyond Borders, publishing fivebooks, hosting The Inclusion Conversation, and being featured as one of the Top 50 most influential neurodivergent women in the UK.
