Generative depth coaching is a sacred three-way conversation where we both attend to what the Spirit is drawing our attention to from your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. What’s emerging from within you will be held in honor and mystery.

You can expect a confidential, open dialogue that fosters fuller awareness of yourself and the experience of deep movement and transformation in your life. Everything is welcome and will be held with love, compassion, and without judgment. 

I will bring my background in spiritual accompaniment, generative and depth coaching, internal family systems, integral theory, and an eclectic mix of presence and skill to create a spacious environment for you to transform into a new way of being.

• We will meet on a monthly rhythm unless we agree otherwise. I enjoy reading your thoughts by email between sessions and will ponder them deeply for our next time together. 
  
  
• Sessions tend to last for approximately one hour, and I leave a full 90 minutes in my calendar so we can have a spacious experience that allows for additional depth work. If you’ve already received “the grace” for the day, feel free to complete your session at any point.

We agree to meet for six depth conversations, with a check-in during our fifth session to agree on the next part of our journey together.
